A native of Puerto Rico, Dr. Frances completed medical school at Universidad Central del Caribe. After completing medical school, she traveled to Georgia to attend residency at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia (CHOG), graduating in 2014. In the years after residency, she cared for patients in practices in Georgia and Virginia while supporting her husband’s military career. She and her family have now put down roots in Northern Virginia. She is board certified in General Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Frances' favorite part of being a pediatrician is watching her patients grow from infancy to adulthood- and supporting their growth along the way. Raising a child of her own has given her perspective and appreciation on the challenges and triumphs of parenting. She loves spending time with family, traveling and exploring the local area.
